Meet Catherine, a fitness enthusiast on a mission to help you love yourself through the changes your body will be subject to over time.
We are at an age in time where imperfections are no longer acceptable. Changes and processes of the body that are known to be “normal” are now breeding insecurities in so many of us.
Catherine started her platform in the summer of 2018 in a bid to help women build their self esteem in a society that pushes for perfection. Her goal is to remind her community that, you do not have to be perfect to start taking care of your health and body. Having dealt with insecurities surrounding food and physical appearance, her message is that:
“Insecurities are personal, normal and everybody has them. The goal is to work through your insecurities in a way that makes you feel confident!” The journey is about the individual and nobody else. Progress over perfection!
